Brandon's Transmission & Automotive Repair

David Irwin 3 weeks ago

Brandon and his team do a great job. They did the spark plugs and tune up on my Ford Flex. The car is running so much better and smoother. I get better fuel economy now. And they made it easy for me. A few hours and it was done. Thank you so much.

The grapevine ate my transmission, and Brandon provided friendly and very competent service for a guy from out of town. He drove me himself to a rental car service halfway across town and stayed in touch with me over the week and a half that it took to get the transmission rebuilt. My dad said you can usually trust mechanics with a nice friendly dog, and this shop has one. 🙂

We were extremely pleased with the service. Brandon was professional, responsive, and took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs and answer all of our questions. His attention to customer service made the entire experience a positive one. We would definitely use Brandon’s services again and highly recommend him to others.

We were on a road trip when we noticed the plastic underbody cover on our car was coming loose, which made us worried about safety. We stopped by this shop, and they helped us right away. The team was very kind, professional, and quickly secured the cover for us so we could continue driving safely. They even did it free of charge, which we truly appreciated. Excellent service and highly recommended!

On my way to camp in the SoCal desert I noticed a grinding sound when the clutch was depressed. I knew this was a bad throwout bearing and that the potential consequences of ignoring it could lead to catestrophic damage. I had another thousand miles of driving to do on this trip and didn't want to take that chance. Brandon's was just 20 miles away and had great reviews, so I gave them a call. They got me in quickly and two days later I drove away with a new clutch, throwout bearing, pressure plate, flywheel, rear main seal and reverse light switch. I had had this truck for 18 years and the clutch had chattered that entire time, plus the reverse lights had never worked. I suspected the switch was bad but it was inaccessible without removing the transmission. The rest of my drive down to the desert was great. Every time I started out from a dead stop I automatically expected the old familiar chattering, but it was smooth as silk. It makes my old truck a joy to drive. Brandon's crew was efficient, communicative, friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend them.
